Refund & Cancellation Policy
We would always try our best to resolve the problem on an immediate basis, according to your time schedule but if you are still not satisfied, you can ask for a refund if DEVELOPER’s can’t fix the problem within 30 days from the date of purchase.
When: You had all the prerequisites to resolve the problem. There was no natural calamity that was out of human control or any other unexpected emergency caused by external agents that hindered the process of troubleshooting. If you have agreed once that the issue is resolved then if the same problem occurs within 30 days, you will be eligible for a refund.
