Terms & Conditions
The requirements and agreement that govern your use of our website and services.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing, subscribing to, or completing a digital purchase for any web engineering sprint, productized design package, or managed media pipeline from Welscon Technologies ("Company", "We", "Us"), you ("Client") explicitly agree to accept and be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
Productized Digital Service & Subscription Mechanics
Welscon Technologies operates as a fully productized subscription agency ecosystem. Upon purchasing any monthly or quarterly recurring service tier (including but not limited to the Growth Framework, Enterprise Dev & Media, PPC Starter, or Omni-Channel PPC Pro plans), the Client is granted immediate access to an active production queue layout. Deliverables and development iterations are systematically assigned, prioritized, and executed based on the task parameters of the active billing configuration.
Live Platform Gateways & Whop Authorization
All financial billing, subscription cycles, automated card authorizations, and SEPA bank transactions are handled exclusively through our platform architecture integrated with Whop. The Client acknowledges that live developer queues, Slack/Discord communication portals, and software testing environments are dynamically initialized and maintained only while an authenticated, cleared payment status is reported by Whop.
Client Onboarding Requirements
To maintain established task turnaround windows (24 to 72 business hours), the Client is strictly required to provide precise technical instructions, content assets, wireframe files, or ad account manager credentials via our centralized dashboard ecosystem. Welscon Technologies disclaims any liability for project delays stemming from insufficient, unclear, or delayed asset submissions by the Client.
Code & Creative Intellectual Property (IP) Delivery
Upon the successful collection and full processing of the subscription fees or one-time project payments, all front-end code bases (including custom WordPress, Webflow, React, or Next.js configurations), Figma user experience tracking templates, and unique campaign media assets deployed specifically for the Client transfer entirely to the Client as their exclusive intellectual property. Welscon Technologies retains no secondary licensing or residual claim parameters over fully paid deliverables.
Termination & Subscription Lifecycle
Clients retain complete control over their billing cycles and may choose to pause, downgrade, or cancel an active recurring retainer at any point without penalty. Subscription cancellations must be managed directly via the Client's secure Whop Customer Portal link to permanently stop subsequent automated charge sequences.
